The Automotive Customer Relations Bureau (ACRB) is a consumer advocate - not for profit organization that has been established to report factual and unbiased satisfaction data on collision repair facilities. We are a source of honest and credible information.

The ACRB works closely with partner companies to ensure they provide excellent and ethical services to the public. The ACRB works with collision repair facilities that voluntarily subscribe to our services and agree to be monitored and evaluated based on strict performance guidelines.
